Note: Resistor R8 does not need to be welded in actual use. In the latest test, it was found that soldering R8 will cause some 5V logic level master control (such as mega2560) probe signals to be unable to be detected. Just remove R8. No other changes are required. Updated Klipper firmware reference settings for
 
all materials (for pcb components, please refer to the BOM table)
pcb*1 (plate making thickness 1mm);
M1*4mm countersunk head self-tapping screws;
M4*3mm flat-end hexagonal machine screws (carbon steel material);
Plastic leveling probe*1;
0.1mm spring wire;
0.1mm enameled wire (about 15m long, needs to be wound 450 turns);
copper pin header*4. Relevant suggestions for
5mm gold finger high temperature tape
: Enameled wire can be obtained from relay SRD-05VDC-SL-C. A single relay can wind more than 2*450 turns. The inside and outside of the coil can be protected with gold finger high temperature tape. Prevent scratching of paint cladding. The pin header uses copper pin headers with a spacing of 2.54mm.
 
Tool recommendations: black paint pen, file, soldering iron, solder, tweezers...
 
Probe handling;
use a black paint pen (or other materials that can block infrared rays) to apply on the area with light-shielding coating. The coating should be as even as possible. Just achieve the shading effect.
 
 
Coil winding direction (450 turns).
The probe cannot be pushed in the wrong direction. This can be solved by changing the lead position.
