1. Appearance part
1). The PCB stacked casing
is really bald this time. I called 3 friends and my own number, and a total of 8 boards were made for the single casing (see picture) (please note the staff) Block me! ). The pcb file of the shell has been open sourced into the project. It took a month and three versions, and the optimization has now been basically completed.

2). The top of the fully bonded screen
is a 1.0mm thick piece Transparent acrylic, UV glue is used to bond the acrylic to the screen, and then cured with ultraviolet light. If you have a defoaming machine, the effect of using OCA dry glue will be better.
It is worth noting that you should not apply too much glue when attaching, otherwise it will enter the screen backlight and affect the display effect (don't ask me how I know...).
Also, don't use too much force when tightening the screws. . .

2. Circuit part
1). The USB-C port adopts a sinking 1.6mm interface to further reduce the thickness.
2). The download circuit is integrated. When viewing serial port data, a ttl downloader is no longer needed, only an ordinary A-to- The C line can
use the ch340n solution. It has a built-in crystal oscillator, requires few peripheral components, and is small in size. It is not easy to use.
3). Change the top-connected FPC holder to the bottom-connected one. The
top-connected FPC holder only has a drawer-type solution, not a flip-top one, and the drawer-type holder is easy to "unplug" when removing the screen. ", so it is not recommended.
4). Use the speaker of iPhone5s.
The speaker of iPhone5s is cheap and easy to use. With the shell specially designed by me and the contact connection, it is perfect.
After buying it, cut off the part in the red box in the picture below with a knife, and then install it as shown below.
