SIC switch module optocoupler driver

Overview

MOS switch modules on Taobao generally have low voltage resistance, so I made a switch transistor module using SIC for experimental circuit construction.
The SIC single-tube switch module built based on the optical isolation driver can switch up to 200K.
Working principle of 1200V withstand voltage :
Step 1: Use DCDC isolation module to output ±24V
Step 2: Convert to +15V and -5V through LDO.
Step 3: Enter the optocoupler isolation logic output and select between Vgs to output +15 or -5.

Because it is driven by an optocoupler, it can drive any SIC and MOS tube. If you need to change the driving voltage, replace the LDO.
