TPA3116_Class D Bluetooth power amplifier

Modify part
to remove lights.
Replace Bluetooth 5.0.
Replace the coupling capacitor and replace the 1% accuracy resistor.
Modulation frequency is adjustable.
Optimize layout and wiring.
Refer to the hack to solve the shutdown pop sound.
It is suitable for aluminum casing and PCB with front and rear covers (let’s do it before it’s done).
Regarding the shortcomings,
the following are the precautions for using the Bluetooth module. I will see it later. If the noise is relatively large, you can try to optimize according to the following plan;
you can consider dividing the power ground and digital ground, and separate the GND of Bluetooth into two wires. The ground wires are connected to the power ground and audio ground respectively (meaning that the GND of Bluetooth is used as the common terminal of PGND and DGND);
Bluetooth is considered to be powered separately;
from the Bluetooth audio module to the power supply or to the audio interface, use welding instead of plugging in wires In this way, the relatively high contact resistance will introduce noise;
 
in my test, the noise floor feels pretty good, and you can basically hear it only by pressing your ears against the speaker;
