At the beginning of the design idea
, I planned to design a cabinet light to facilitate lighting up some good things. I even designed a battery protection at the beginning, but after making some modifications, it became what it is now. The main reason why constant current is required is that sometimes it is necessary to adjust the current. Implement brightness changes, but in the end I omitted this part of the design for simple pleasure.
Understand Occam's razor.
The 18650 battery design also provides good versatility. The always-on power display on the back is very good. It should be no problem to continuously display the power for one year under the current limit of 10k resistor. All

Use a soldering iron to install it into the hole of the 3D printed shell. In addition to other black and white styles, I used PETG material for this transparent shell, but it is obviously not easy to use. It is recommended to use PLA.
The other one is the lamp bead, which is used here. They are imported lamp beads from Osram. They cost 13 yuan for 100 pieces
. Among them, there is a small black dot inside the lamp bead aligned with the thick silk screen pattern,
and there is also a piece of sulfuric acid paper. This stationery store or painting supply store should sell it, but it is not available. You can also use white paper. The cutting size is 9cm*4.8cm
and the test
distance is 50cm. Without adding sulfuric acid paper, the soft light is 622Lux. After adding soft light
, the color temperature is 568Lux. Without adding soft light, the color temperature is 5500K. After adding soft light, the color temperature is 5300K.
