Overview

  AD620 is a high-precision, low-cost, high-performance instrumentation amplifier commonly used in various measurement, control and detection systems. It amplifies weak signals and provides precise gain and offset control. This project aims to design and build an instrument programmable amplification module based on the AD620 chip for signal amplification and data acquisition.
  The instrument programmable amplification module uses dual power supplies and has the advantages of high precision, low noise, high common mode rejection ratio, high input impedance and wide input voltage range. Its input voltage range can reach ±10V, and the gain can be adjusted by external resistors from 1 to 1000 times. At the same time, the module also has a variety of protection functions, such as short circuit protection, overload protection and overheating protection.
  In order to facilitate user use and control, the module is also designed with a programmable function, and the gain and bias voltage can be adjusted through an external microcontroller or panel controller. At the same time, the module also has the characteristics of low power consumption, small size, easy installation and maintenance, and can be widely used in various industrial control, laboratory testing, medical testing and other fields.
