WCHLink/DapLink downloader Qinheng

# Preface
This downloader is mainly used for the following purposes:
- swd debugging of arm mcu such as STM32
- two-wire debugging of Qinheng's own riscv
- downloading of serial ports such as STC ESP
- serial port debugging

# Hardware description
This time I drew three types of boards, Board3 is more recommended, let’s take this as an example.
For the three resistors selected in the frame in the picture below, if a 3.3V level is required, use 0R resistors to solder the two on the right. If a 5V level is required, only the leftmost one is soldered. Please see the schematic diagram for details

# Firmware burning
uses WCHISPTool to download the firmware. It is recommended to use serial port download. . I have not been successful in downloading using USB

The use of Daplink in keil is no different from ordinary daplink. It just needs to be switched to arm mode. The default is riscv mode.

# The video
below the demonstration video is the complete welding process. According to my soldering method, the level after completion is 3.3V.
