The hardware circuit uses INA180 for current sampling and SC8002B as the speaker driver (used for alarm)
CNC is realized through a MOS tube. MOS pulls down a current, changes the voltage at the Fb end, and the microcontroller outputs a PWM, obtains a DAC value through RC filtering, and then controls the width of the MOS conduction channel through the MCP6002 output.
The program uses PID closed-loop control to realize the button setting of the output voltage value, with a step of about 0.5V.
During the test, in order to improve efficiency, LM2596 was not used to step down the voltage to power the microcontroller.
The design is a bit sloppy, and I hope the big guys will criticize and correct it! !
