Mini Bluebridge MCU Development Board

1. Introduction to the development board
         IAP15F2K61S2 is used as the main control chip, which is functionally compatible with the Blue Bridge Cup MCU development board and has been improved. Improvements: 1. The matrix keyboard does not use P30 and P31, which solves the problem of being unable to debug online when using the matrix keyboard; 2. An automatic download circuit is added to solve the problem of frequent power switching.
