Overview

Hardware: USB power supply, WIFI control, relay (with load less than 100W) Embedded: respond to the instructions of the WIFI module to execute the corresponding action, and control the WIFI module to enter the corresponding state. Mobile APP: Different users can configure the network and control multiple devices. Server: Can link WIFI module and mobile phone, can maintain user information, not easy to crash.
Connect to the smart WIFI socket of Alibaba Cloud's upgraded IoT platform, can connect to Alibaba Cloud Smart APP and Tmall Genie. Those who come from the basic class are not good at creating by themselves. I drew the first version with three relays, but I felt that there were omissions. Then I referred to the teacher's version to proof. It is simple and compact.
1. Schematic design
1. USB to TTL
adopts classic design and copies the specification book. It adopts a fashionable, trendy, blind-insertable TypeC interface with strong current supply capacity, which can effectively prevent the CH340 chip from resetting when the relay is turned on.
2. The LDO step-down
adopts AMS117, which engineers are no longer familiar with, to ensure that the communication module and the microcontroller have a stable power supply. No more worries about power supply.
3Relay drive circuit SN74LV1T04DBVR inverter can ensure that the relay is reliably turned off when the MCU is powered on, and NUD3124 can ensure reliable drive of the relay.
4EMW3080WIFI module uses the classic flagship WiFi chip of home appliances, which is mass-produced and shipped, mature and stable. Classic design, supports two installation methods: stamp hole SMT or pin, suitable for various smart home appliance application scenarios.
