Overview

*The ADP1761, ADP1762, and ADP1763 Evaluation Boards are used to demonstrate the functionality of the ADP1761, ADP1762, and ADP1763 family of linear regulators.

Simple device measurements of line and load regulation, dropout voltage, and ground current can be made using a single voltage power supply, voltmeter, ammeter, and load resistor.

* VIN = 1.10 V to 1.98 V, no external bias supply required
* Fixed output voltage range: VOUT_FIXED = 0.9 V to 1.5 V
* Adjustable output voltage range: VOUT_ADJ = 0.5 V to 1.5 V

* 4 nV/√Hz (10 kHz)

* Low dropout: 95 mV (typ, 3 A load)

* ADP1763 features dropout voltage as low as 95 mV (typ, 3 A load) , operating with small margins while maintaining regulation and providing greater efficiency.

The ADP1763 is optimized for stable operation with a small 10 μF ceramic output capacitor. The ADP1763 has the best transient response performance and occupies an extremely small circuit board area.

The ADP1763 offers fixed output voltages from 0.9 V to 1.5 V. The output in adjustable output mode can be programmed from 0.5 V to 1.5 V with an external resistor connected between VADJ and ground.
