STM32 balancing car_HAL

Overview

1. A simple balancing car that can directly hit the board.
2. The largest rectangle is the buck module. You can buy LM2596 from Uxin Electronics, then use pin headers and solder it on.
3. The small resistor and LED under the oled do not need to be soldered, they are just used as power indicator lights.
4. Pay attention to the Bluetooth module interface in the upper right corner. I connected it to 3.3V. If you use HC-05, please connect this interface to 5V. You can modify the PCB of the reserved port by yourself, and you can connect an external ultrasonic obstacle avoidance device.
5. Bluetooth acceptance uses the main loop to wait for acceptance, and does not use serial port interrupts, which will be modified later.
