The circuit design has two LED status indicators and two buttons.
The motor is driven by 5V and has a maximum output of 1A. It can be used to control some small micro pan-tilt motors.
Since the three-phase brushless motor is open-loop control, it is suitable for applications with relatively low load, such as rotating display stands, desktop ornaments, etc.
The motors selected are I bought a micro gimbal motor for 3.5 yuan on Taobao. Because the motor itself is not very powerful and the outer rotor rotating body is relatively large, it is suitable for making some small rotating ornaments on the desktop.
An integrated drive circuit board is designed for the fixing screw holes and wiring positions of the motor. After being installed together, the integration effect is great.
The control driver of the motor uses spwm rotating magnetic field. Because it is an open-loop drive, the driving current and load capacity cannot be achieved at the same time. If the current is too large, the motor will heat up seriously.
This circuit can also be modified and applied to smaller motors. You can replace the microcontroller with STC8H1K08-QFN20 and replace the mos with an N+P integrated small package such as CJ3439KDW.
