There was suddenly no voltage, so I asked not to weld the voltage regulator tube, and there were alternatives that could be adjusted. This bizarre incident was caused by my juniors. I don’t know what they did. I have never encountered it. I guess it's a short circuit. The cause of this bizarre incident is unknown and has not been discovered after replacing LM358. However, the specific reliability is unknown and the test time is relatively short. There is no discovery yet. If LM293 is used, a voltage regulator tube must be used and the capacitor needs to be replaced because the response is slow. It will produce a voltage higher than 1V and then return to normal, so I recommend using LM358 and not soldering the capacitor and voltage regulator tube.
(1) There will not be a voltage problem higher than 1V, and the voltage regulator tube can be dispensed with.
(2) The previous voltage is no longer limited and can be adjusted freely.
