Overview

The LT4320 is an ideal diode bridge controller that drives four N-channel MOSFETs to support typical DC to 600Hz voltage rectification. By maximizing available voltage and reducing power dissipation, the ideal diode bridge simplifies power supply design and reduces power supply costs, especially in low voltage applications.
