IP5389BZ+IP6829 100W wired 15W wireless power bank with light and screen

Project Description:
 IP5389BZ+IP6829 100W wired/15W wireless power bank with LED and screen.
 
1. Type-C provides a maximum output of 100W (20V 5A), Type-A provides a maximum output of 24W.
2. Short press the "Lighting" button to turn on the LED and power detection screen; short press the "Lighting" button again to adjust the PWM dimming (10 levels); long press the "Lighting" button to turn off the LED and screen.
3. Short press the "Wireless" button to activate 15W wireless charging; long press the "Wireless" button to turn off the LED and screen.
4. Short press the "Button" button to display the power bank's battery level on the digital display; double-click the "Button" button to turn off the digital display.
5. The battery cells are 4 series 3 parallel 5000mAh, totaling 60Ah@3.7V (15Ah@14.8V).
 
Note: The IP6829's actual measured power supply voltage must be below 10.4V; otherwise, it will power on and report an error!

Use CubeMX for initial configuration. See the attached
 
physical sample showing
 
 
 
a 4-series 3-parallel battery pack + protection board. Only a little manual work was required. Insulation is essential. (Do not directly solder wires to the battery; at least spot-solder them onto the nickel strip!)
 
 
 
Installation process:
First, install the battery and surrounding thermal pads, extending the coil slightly.
 
Then install the PCB, remembering to use thermal silicone to attach the NTC resistor near the center of the battery.
 
 
Remember to secure the protruding battery (the SMT packaging works well).
 
 
First, install the front and rear covers, then the battery, tidy the wires, and finally close the top cover.
 
 
 
 
Finally, install the front and rear panel bolts (M3*).
 
 
Done!
