6-axis 48V high-voltage drive 3D printer motherboard VORON Trident

 
Overview

Uploaded the corresponding board Kilpper firmware on  April 21, 2024.
The firmware can be downloaded using ST-Link/DAP/J-Link downloaders, etc. 
 
 
--------------------------------------------------------------------- Added Kilpper configuration
on April 17, 2024  (my current configuration) . The machine is too noisy; I complained to the downstairs neighbor. I won't print for now until I've improved the vibration and noise reduction . The machine runs at 800mm speed and 15000 acceleration without problems. I tested printing on PETG material, and the quality is acceptable to me. A large aluminum heatsink is needed on the back of the board. The TMC5160 MOSFET gets very hot. The bottom chip also needs to be attached to the heatsink. If possible, attach a heatsink to the top as well. The six shorting pads on the board need to be shorted as shown in the diagram. --------------------------------------------------------------------- All motors use 48V high-voltage drives. Other fans and heated bed controls use 24V, with a 5V output (6A PEAK). The driver uses a 50V 10uF 1206 capacitor. Therefore, the 48V voltage cannot exceed 50V, ideally it should be 48V ± 0.2V. I haven't tested the CAN bus, but it's soldered on the board; I won't solder it if it's not needed . I haven't tested the MINI12864 and haven't bought it. I plan to use a 6-axis adapter for a 7-inch HDMI screen with a Trident HDMI expansion board. The video output will be from a VORON TAP extruder with a TAP+Galileo 2.0 extruder.
