Color Screen Mini-T12 [0603 Package Remastered Version]

Overview
Project Overview
(Hardware): This is a portable color screen soldering iron designed using the AIR32F103CCT6 microcontroller. This version is a redesign by Blue Sky Unprotected, replacing the protocol chip with a CH224K voltage decoy chip, changing the key resistor and capacitor packages to 0603, and replacing the original BC817 and BC807 transistors with SS8050 and SS8550 (larger SOT23 packages). It supports PD and QC power input; supports power supply from standard 18W, 12V/1.5A and above power banks; uses a standard T12 soldering iron core for strong compatibility; and uses an SW200D vibration switch for sleep detection.
March 12, 2024: The new software package has been updated!!! Documentation is in the attachment!!! Please be sure to read the "New Software Usage Guide" inside. October 22, 2023:
The resistance value of transistor R19 in the backlight section of the schematic diagram has been updated to 10K. The DC-DC power enable resistor soldering diagram has been updated.
The casing version has been updated to V4.54, switching to discrete buttons for a better button experience.
Software-wise:
the firmware in the group has been updated to version 0928. The issue of screen flickering briefly during startup has been optimized.

It is now compatible with BOE and HanCai screens.
An automatic sleep mode has been added (it enters sleep mode as long as the soldering iron remains stationary for 90 seconds, regardless of whether the soldering iron tip is facing up or down).

Regarding the issue of drastic temperature fluctuations in the new soldering iron tip, it requires continuous heating for a period of time (15-30 minutes, around 300 degrees Celsius) for the temperature to stabilize. After stabilization, the temperature fluctuation is within ±1 degree Celsius.

Regarding the op-amp chip selection, the MCP6001 is currently used. OPA336/SGM8251/GS8331 or other similar rail-to-rail op-amps can be selected. Pay attention to the output pins, as temperature fluctuations may vary depending on the op-amp used.
Soldering diagrams:

TYPE-C side soldering diagram. Firmware upgrade: The
firmware
upgrade function requires the matching device upgrade assistant (currently updated to version V1.0.3, supports logo modification, and supports computer screen mirroring under the "Creative" firmware).
