ST-Link V3 STDC14 to Reverse Embedding Interface

Overview

Both ST-Link V3 mini and V3mine can be used, but neither can power the target board. When using V3mine, VCC must be connected to the target board's operating voltage for V3mine to detect it; otherwise, an error will occur.
