1625-1725MHz amplifier, used for L-band meteorological satellites

 
Overview
A TA1892A surface acoustic wave filter is used as the bandpass, and three TQP3M9008 amplifier chips are cascaded for amplification. It uses a Type-C power supply interface and supports Bias-T power supply.
The TQP3M9008 can be replaced with any low-NF value SOT-89 packaged low-noise amplifier such as the SPF5189Z (total gain is controlled by the three amplifiers).
Besides applications such as meteorological satellites, according to BI4KZZ, this amplifier can be used for radio astronomy observations, covering three of the four OH massor frequencies. The 1665, 1667, and 1720 MHz
 
frequency range covers most L-band meteorological satellites, such as: (as of July 24, 2024, damaged satellites have been excluded)
