lm3150 step-down

 
Overview

lm3150 step-down, with a maximum input of 36V and an output of 24V. It uses synchronous rectification. Synchronous rectification can reduce the heat generation of the circuit and improve the circuit efficiency.

Circle 4 and Circle 5: MOS tube drives current limiting and fast shutdown circuit

Circle 6: Synchronous rectification controller main chip, C4 is the internal 5V voltage filter capacitor (between 1uf~4.7uF), C5 is the 36V input high-frequency filter capacitor, C6 is the EN enable filter capacitor, C13 is the internal soft-start time delay When the capacitance, R5 is the oscillation frequency setting resistor, R3 is the synchronous rectification MOS lower tube current limiting resistor, C7 is the MOS upper tube drive voltage bootstrap capacitor, the capacitance is generally between (0.22~1UF). The LM3150 chip can be based on The load automatically changes the mos tube drive frequency.
