140W Single USB-C Port Bidirectional Fast Charging_IP2366

Overview

Note that the XT30 interface used in this project is a reverse definition. Please carefully confirm before inserting the battery!
The configuration uses a 5S battery with a power output of 140W. The default power receiving
MOSFET should not be the TPH1R403NL shown in the schematic. It generates significant heat during 65W charging;
the ON Semiconductor NTMFS5C410NL is recommended. At 65W charging/discharging, a heatsink is not required. At 100W charging, the upper MOSFET temperature rises to over 80℃ after 3 minutes. At 140W charging, it lasted only 1 minute before short-circuiting and burning out the heatsink.

PS: If abnormal noises suddenly occur during high-power discharge (100W+), immediately unplug the battery connector (the lower MOSFET will have already failed; continuing to discharge will damage an IP2366 chip).
100W CC line discharge protocol (this meter cannot measure high-voltage 28V PD3.1). For
65W charging
, it is recommended to reduce the power and modify the GPIO3 resistor.

Update progress
  2023.12.18: Considering the AT32F403A is not cheap and does not include shipping, it has been changed to HC32F460JETA. Xiaohua had very little technical support and limited documentation, encountering many problems and severely impacting progress. Firmware is complete.) The final prototype included some I/O modifications. The goal is to
  release the first firmware update before Christmas, on December 22, 2023. The firmware will be programmed using J-Link; the official firmware is available for serial port download. I don't have the tools to test it, so this only guarantees successful programming via J-Link. Version
  2024.1.04 adds a white theme. The updated program can be found in the group

Two interfaces will be displayed.
