Overview
This project is a training program for CW32 digital voltmeters and ammeters, with detailed development documentation and video tutorials. This project includes an additional casing and panel for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The recommended operating voltage is 5-12V, theoretically supporting a maximum input voltage of 40V, but the recommended value is advised as excessively high voltages can lead to excessive heat generation.
Hardware:
1. Powered by a DC power supply; most DC power supplies output 12V and can directly power this ammeter.
2. Areas handling high currents have been copper-plated and the power lines thickened.
3. The sampling resistor R0 is connected using a Kelvin connection to reduce error.
4. Includes built-in analog and calibration circuits, eliminating the need to build external test circuits, making it very convenient.
Software:
1. Programming uses library functions; the CW32 official library functions are similar to those for STM32, making development easy for those familiar with STM32.
2. The tutorial documentation introduces various filtering methods, and one of them is implemented in the code to make the digital tube display more stable.
