Overview
1. The design adopts a core board plus expansion board concept. The core board uses the domestic Wuhan Xinyuan Semiconductor CW32 as the main controller, and is also compatible with other similar development boards. 2. The project has a high degree of integration and strong practicality. After completion, it can be used as a desktop instrument.
3. The circuit diagram of this project adopts modular drawing. Different modules are divided into sections using lines in the circuit diagram for easy reading.
4. The ADC module is used to sample current and voltage simultaneously, and a calibration function for 5V/15V voltage and 0.5A/1.5A current is implemented.
Circuit design points and specifications
: When drawing the power supply circuit, whether it is a schematic diagram or a PCB, the following points should be noted:
Schematic diagram standardization: GND should face down, power supply should face up; avoid situations where ground faces upwards.
Capacitor design: In both schematic diagrams and PCBs, electrolytic capacitors should be placed before ceramic capacitors.
Ground design: Single-point grounding. The ground of the current power supply is connected to the GND of the main electrolytic capacitor of the current power supply. The main electrolytic capacitors of each stage of the power supply are connected to the GND of the main electrolytic capacitor of the previous stage power supply.
