Overview
The schematic diagram of this current and voltage baseboard is basically the same as that in the open-source video tutorial. The difference is that the original IDO part used for power supply has been directly removed, and the development board's USB port is used for power supply. The packaging is basically surface-mount, and the power consumption of the components was considered during the replacement.
The disadvantage is that assembly wasn't fully considered; there might be interference when using the current sensing port and the development board's USB port. The connector pins have been bent, and the surface-mount dual-row female connector is covered by the development board, making expansion difficult. Future imitators should take note.
The code is entirely open-source, with few changes. I joined the event late and was busy, so time was limited, and I couldn't make many changes.
Under a 150mV test with a 1Ω cement resistor, the current measurement was okay, but the voltage measurement was inaccurate. Adjusting the potentiometer knob had an effect on the voltage, but it was turned all the way up. The voltage test in the video used the onboard 3.3V, which was relatively accurate.
Also, because it was late, all materials were self-paid. I might only need one or two materials, but I couldn't buy them all, so it cost around 60 yuan. I'm very unhappy that I didn't get a coupon.
