74hc595 tester made with STC12C5616AD

Overview
I have some very inexpensive through-hole 74HC595 ICs on hand, and I'm worried that their low price might indicate poor quality. This led me to the idea of building a tester. The tester will first test the ICs to confirm they are functioning correctly before connecting them to the circuit.
This tester can automatically write data to the IC and then read the output data for comparison. If the read data differs from the serially written data, it indicates that the IC is damaged or is not a 595 at all.
Currently, the project only supports serial port printing; please refer to the attached document "Serial Port Print Results" for the print results.
