Active constant current fully protected electronic load instrument

Overview

This electronic load instrument, controlled by operational amplifiers, is primarily used for testing power supply capacity. It features reverse connection protection and over-temperature protection. 200W, 30A, and 100V are all extreme values and cannot be reached simultaneously. It includes a maximum current adjustment function, a temperature display, and a fan activation mechanism that activates at the set temperature. Upon reaching the set protection temperature, it limits the reference voltage to reduce current. All temperature values are adjustable.
The entire machine utilizes a three-layer PCB design.
After assembly and burn-in testing, it demonstrates extremely stable operation.
