Multi-functional fan speed controller

Overview

This multi-functional fan speed controller uses an LM393DT chip for PWM speed control and a CB12-6C44 microcontroller for timer switching. It features a Type-C power supply and a USB output, making it suitable for small fans. A four-wire PWM connector is also included for laptop fans. It includes a power switch and a reset switch.
