motolight
When using the tail box or side box of a motorcycle or electric bicycle at night, the lack of light necessitates using a mobile phone for illumination, which is quite inconvenient. That's why I came up with this automatic light.
When using the tail box or side box of a motorcycle or electric bicycle at night, the lack of light necessitates using a mobile phone for illumination, which is quite inconvenient. Therefore, I devised this automatic light.
It uses two types of automatic switches: a reed switch and a tilt switch.
Due to considerations for different LED chips and power supply methods, I designed different board layouts, going through four drafts.
The most frustrating part was accidentally messing up the LDO wiring, burning out several LDOs – I was devastated.

With a full charge of 2000mA, it can light up for over 24 hours.

The lesson learned is that for power supplies with lithium batteries, a manual power switch is essential.

Special note: Since I couldn't find a reed switch component, I just drew it directly on the PCB based on my estimation.

This project originally had three boards, but for some reason only the first one is shown. Here are some examples for reference:

5730 LED version

and 2835 LED version.

CH340C Automatic Download Serial Port Board
Suitable for 3.3V serial port boards with automatic download circuitry.
I couldn't use up all four board-making opportunities a month, so I took the download circuit from my previous development board and designed a separate board. It's quite small and seems pretty good. It supports automatic downloading from the ESP8266 chip and brings out the DTR and RTS pins.

Taishanpai Expansion Board - MIPI Screen Display
A small mobile phone based on the Taishan School
This simple phone

expansion board, based on the Taishanpai (a popular Chinese design and construction organization) method, features a 3.1-inch MIPI display, microphone, and speaker ,
running Android.
Check it out on Bilibili: https://b23.tv/PhEOpSZ
**Important Note:
** In the spirit of thrift and ease of soldering, this expansion board uses a plug-in mic.
Therefore, the mic pads on the back of the expansion board will be in close contact with the back of the MIPI screen
. Since the back of the MIPI screen is a conductor, this can cause a short circuit.
To prevent short circuits after soldering the mic,
you can cover the mic pads on the back of the expansion board with a small amount of electrical tape.

Single-chip wired keyboard to Bluetooth keyboard professional version
This project can convert a regular wired keyboard into a Bluetooth keyboard, and can upgrade existing wired keyboard solutions to tri-mode, etc.
This project converts a regular wired keyboard into a Bluetooth keyboard.
Previous versions used the LCSC standard version; this version is the professional version
1.6 update (following the standard version update).
1. Uses the CH582F main controller.
2. Optimized circuit structure with a more rigorous solution.
3. Replaced the battery charging chip, added a battery boost chip, and slightly optimized the TYPE and battery power switching circuit, remaining largely the same as before.
4. First time adding a casing; not yet fully designed
. 5. Now supports multimedia button uploads.
6. Links to previous projects: https://oshwhub.com/yanzhen6455225/li-dian-chi-chong-fang-dian-dian-yuan-qie-huan
DRC (Ignore Antenna Section)

Version 1.7 Update:
1. Uses CH582F main controller
. 2. Corrects circuit bugs, fixes wired connection conflicting circuit logic, and fixes the issue of not being able to directly connect the keyboard via wire, etc.
3. Fixes program bugs and optimizes program structure
. 4. Regarding QMK firmware keyboard issues: Due to the high degree of customization of QMK, please ensure that your QMK keyboard's uploaded key value channel is endpoint one and the multimedia key channel is endpoint two; otherwise, unpredictable errors may occur.
5. Thanks to rc2064, yvling, etc. for their support and contributions to this project.
6. The module has been officially renamed HH90, and subsequent project releases will focus on software and schematics, no longer updating the PCB.
Manual Update:
1. Updated circuit and user manual version 1v2
. Version 1v2 only updates the differences between the free and paid versions.

Smart desk lamp
Using the ESP8266, the touch chip controls brightness and is rechargeable.
The ESP8266 outputs PWM waves to control brightness, allows for touch-based dimming, and switches to external power supply during charging.

The fifth brand offers a 1.75 yuan round screen GC9A01A adapter board.
It's just a simple screen adapter board. [The attached board manufacturing file has been corrected.]
The schematic design
directly brings out the screen and touch pins, with the CS pin pulled to ground via a 10k resistor.

The PCB design
uses an SPI interface driver board, and the screen internal connector is a DF37NB-24DS.

Physical demonstration notes:

1.
Solder the internal connector carefully. 2. The previously uploaded PCB design file was carelessly uploaded; it has been corrected. Thank you to user [mytest] for pointing it out.

diagrams shared by experts.

Allwinner F133-A (D1s) base plate M2.2230
Allwinner F133-A (D1s) RISC V motherboard, M2.2230 specification, has been tested and verified.
The accompanying core board has been released and is also included in my project as

a two-layer board. It's almost entirely exposed, and the schematic should be consistent with the MANGO development board. However, additional verification may be required
for the accompanying microphone, speaker amplifier, video interface, one UART, and two USB ports (with jumpers, optional).
Firmware compilation is necessary. Refer to the Allwinner forum for details.
The bottom shows the I/O cable, and the top interface is an M.2 2230 connector.

Taishan School Screen Replica
This project is based on the Taishanpai 3.1-inch screen replica.
Wu Gong's Screen Documentation
: https://lceda001.feishu.cn/wiki/K51kwVQ9ViBTeDkYmsRc0YOLnle
Project Module Introduction:
The Taishanpai MIPI interface
uses a 31P MIPI pin interface. Since a 0.3mm 31P unidirectional ribbon cable is used, the FPC connector and Taishanpai connector are reversed. The 3.1-inch
screen interface
uses a 24P 0.5mm FPC connector. A 24P connector is used under the flip cover.
Taishanpai Touch:
The Taishanpai touch interface is inconsistent with the 3.1-inch screen touch interface, requiring a new
3.1-inch touch
backlight circuit.
The Taishanpai backlight current is 110mA
, but the 3.1-inch screen's maximum
backlight current is 25mA. Therefore, R2 and R4
cannot be used with the Taishanpai backlight circuit .
An I2C PWM chip, GP7101, is used here. The Taishanpai (a type of LED)

platform lacks a PWM pin for its 3.1-inch expansion board, but its touch interface has an I2C1 connector connected to the 3.1-inch screen. Since I2C can connect to multiple devices, we use a GP7101 I2C-to-PWM converter chip to achieve backlight adjustment. The GP7101 and the touch interface are connected to the I2C1.

The SY7201ABC is used to drive the LEDs.

The SY7201ABC is a high-efficiency LED driver primarily used to control and adjust the brightness of LEDs. It provides a constant current to ensure consistent and stable LED illumination, thus improving LED lifespan and efficiency.

The microphone and speaker
are located on the side and are
connected using pins instead of soldered wiring. The
actual product
can only be shown in pictures for now.
