PW5100 - Low-power 3.7L to 5L solution

 
Overview

When used for lithium battery boosting, the module can operate continuously at 300mA output, with a maximum of 450mA. It is suitable for retrofitting low-power devices powered by three dry cell batteries, such as gas meters.
The module's battery-side static current is only 10µA, and the annual battery consumption is less than 100mAh. The module's conversion efficiency is no less than 80%.
 
PCB design files are attached and can be used directly for PCB fabrication.
BOM: Ceramic capacitors are used, with low static current. Components include: PW5100-50 (1 x 3.3µH), 0420 (1 x 10µF), 0805 (1 x 22µF), and 0805 (1 x 1 x 0805).
