Desktop charger SW3518SV3.0 (verified)

Overview
❗❗❗Please do not prototype this version for now, as the sampling resistors need to be close together. If you wish to prototype, please arrange the sampling resistors close together yourself. I will make modifications later when I have time.❗❗❗Because
the routing and copper pouring in version V2.0 have some shortcomings, after studying for a period of time, I am releasing the improved version V3.0.

Important notes:
1. The SW3518S essentially integrates a buck converter (datasheet explains this). According to tests by many users, it is best to connect it to a 24V power supply. In practice, it can also be used below 24V. I tested it with a 12V power supply and found that some protocols did not appear. Also, when using a 12V power supply, the current draw must be high.
2. When modifying, be sure to select the correct voltage rating for each component!
3. The SW3518S chip generates a lot of heat during use. I recommend, like me, using two heatsinks.
