WS2812B dot matrix screen

Overview
The dot matrix screen is driven by an STM32F103C6T6 microcontroller. Data is sent from the dot matrix screen to the microcontroller via serial port. After processing, the microcontroller
sends the data to the WS2812B display. The serial port baud rate is 115200, and the serial data is 24-bit RGB, meaning the color value of one LED is represented by three 8-bit data bits in the order R, G, B.
The brightness adjustment method is software dimming, meaning the STM32 microcontroller's internal ADC obtains the PA0 potential value, processes the serial data based on this value, and finally sends it to the dot matrix screen.

Because the 16x16 pixel dot matrix screen has extremely high power consumption (reaching over 6A at full brightness), it is strongly recommended to use an external power supply for the dot matrix screen.
