STM32F103C8T6 core board

Overview

I previously made a small core board for the STM32F103C8T6, but soldering the main control unit every time was tedious. This new core board is much easier to use. I've modified the 32.768MHz crystal oscillator; the ones on the website are quite expensive, but the open-source ones have been modified. (Only group: 289917684)
