Can't you set the memory size in the simulator configuration? It seems that the default is 128M. The memory size on the PDA device is specified in Config.bib and cannot be modified. However, you can adjust the RAM file system and program RAM size in the system options in the control panel. This ratio can also be set in Config.bib  Details Published on 2008-12-1 23:25
