As the country pays more and more attention to the safety of coal mines and other mining industries, the supervision is constantly strengthened. In particular, there is a lack of reliable location information for the rescue of mine personnel after the accident, which seriously restricts the efficiency of emergency rescue and loses the most precious rescue opportunity.

2. Product Overview
ZIGBEE underground positioning system is a new generation of intelligent underground positioning system developed by Xi'an Runhuicheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The system consists of Zigbee coordination controller, Zigbee-GPS base station, mobile positioning terminal and background positioning management system software . The system uses dual-mode positioning, namely GPS and ZIGBEE , with small size, low energy consumption, strong network scalability, and can load various sensors arbitrarily to form a huge intelligent network . One host can correspond to 64,000 devices at the same time. It is safe, reliable and energy-saving. The system is also suitable for parking lots, bus systems, coal mines, subways and other occasions.
3. Product Application
As shown in the figure below: The ZIGBEE underground positioning system consists of three parts : the surface monitoring center, the underground positioning base station, and the personnel positioning terminal equipment. The surface monitoring center is connected to the underground coordinator control center by wired means. The underground control center station communicates with each underground positioning base station through the Zigbee wireless network. The positioning base station communicates with the personnel positioning terminal through the wireless network to establish a data connection, and the underlying wireless data communication platform is constructed.
The on-site management personnel can use the monitoring and positioning software system in the monitoring center to display the real-time distribution of underground personnel, timely and accurately grasp the distribution and operation of underground personnel, and send early warning information to underground personnel according to the monitoring situation. The on-site positioning software system is composed of the following subsystems : personnel positioning subsystem, underground environment monitoring subsystem, ground early warning subsystem, communication subsystem, and database management subsystem. The personnel positioning subsystem collects the signal strength (RSSI) of the communication between the underground personnel positioning terminal and each beacon node by collecting the underground positioning base stations ( beacon nodes ) , and uses the centroid algorithm to calculate the distance between the underground personnel and the beacon node to realize the positioning of the personnel and display their specific location on the screen. The underground environment monitoring subsystem collects the information of the gas, temperature, and humidity sensors of the underground positioning base stations to realize the monitoring of the underground working conditions. The ground warning subsystem determines whether to issue a warning based on the collected underground working condition information. While the monitoring center displays the location of the danger, the warning information is promptly transmitted to the underground personnel positioning terminal equipment through the underground positioning base station according to the danger location for early warning prompts, so that relevant personnel can evacuate in time and take corresponding disaster reduction measures. The communication subsystem realizes data communication between the monitoring center and the underground central station, and can realize data communication with each underground positioning base station and underground personnel positioning terminal through the underground central station. The database management subsystem realizes the management of underground personnel information, underground environmental monitoring data, and warning information, and provides statistics, query, and backup functions for system comprehensive data .
