Meal Card Repair [Copy link]

This post was last edited by Tong Ye Knock Code on 2014-12-19 17:07 My friend broke his meal card by sitting on it! I took it to play with! The shell is too hard, the knife can't scrape it, Just use the soldering iron and scrape it gently! The copper wire is as thin as a hair, Repair it individually, fortunately it absorbs tin well!

The author is really good. I admire him. He accurately located the problem and solved it. But after the repair, did he insulate the wires? At least the wires should be isolated from the outside world to avoid accidental contact.

There are two ways to insulate, spray paint or 502. In this remote place, there is not even a hardware store, so there is no need to think about paint. The initial plan is to stick a card sticker on one side and then seal it with 502! If it is not strong enough, stick it on both sides!  Details Published on 2014-12-19 23:27

Actually, it's not that difficult if you calm down! The main thing is that the outer layer of plastic is hard to scrape off. I just used a soldering iron to burn it off. I'm lucky that the wire inside was not damaged!  Details Published on 2014-12-19 23:30

You are famous! There don't seem to be many opportunities in Shandong. You can go to Jiangsu or Zhejiang. After all, you can go home on weekends and holidays, and the high-speed rail is quite fast.  Details Published on 2014-12-20 17:27

Replace it after it's fixed. This involves a lot of money. It won't take long to fix it this way. For the safety of the OP's property, go to the school and replace it.

People are afraid of being famous just like pigs are afraid of being fat! Don’t scare me. It’s not bad to go out, but it’s too far from home. If there is a better job, I would rather go out and try my luck!  Details Published on 2014-12-20 13:18
