The circuit of a digital strain gauge composed of MAX1494 is shown in Figure 5-31. The strain bridge
is composed of a resistance strain gauge, a temperature compensation gauge R, and standard resistors R1 and R1. The bridge voltage is provided
by the internal reference voltage of MAX1494 . The differential input terminal of MAX1494 is connected to
the output voltage of the strain bridge. The voltage range is ±200mV-±2V.
