Electric energy meters are instruments used to measure the electric energy consumed by electrical equipment
. They are divided into single-phase electric energy
meters and three-phase electric energy meters. The accuracy is generally
level 2.0, and there are also high-precision electric energy meters with level 1'0
.
    This section mainly introduces the structural principles and measurement methods of single-phase energy meters .     Types, specifications and selection of single-phase energy meters: Single-phase energy meters can be divided into two types: induction single-phase energy meters and electronic energy meters . At present, most households use inductive single-phase energy meters (see Figure 5-3). There are more than a dozen models of     inductive single-phase energy meters , but the methods of use and working principles are basically the same. Its commonly used rated currents include 2. 5A, 5A, 10A, 15A and 20A. The corresponding parameters of common single-phase electric energy meters and their loads are shown in the table.
