TMOS application circuit

The TMOS series power module is a thick film power amplifier module that uses field effect transistors for output. It has the advantages of wide bandwidth, good linearity, and
low distortion. In addition, it has fewer pins and simple peripheral circuits. It can be used to assemble into a high-quality high-power amplifier. Here
we introduce the performance and application circuits of two varieties of thick film circuits, TMOS075 and TMOS150.
    Table 2-30 is their electrical parameters. Figure 2-111 is the application circuit of TMOS075 and TMOS150 . TMOS075
is a single-power circuit, which can be used to form a power amplifier with an output power of 75W ; TMOS 150 is a bi-power amplifier circuit, which can be used to form a two-channel power amplifier
with an output power of 75W×2 . The performance of the two circuits is exactly the same except that one is a single power amplifier and the other is a dual power amplifier.
