Motor start and stop control circuit diagram
Source: InternetPublisher:柯南道尔 Keywords: plc circuit three-phase asynchronous electric motor Updated: 2021/02/17
1. Working principle circuit diagram
The circuit diagram shows the control circuit of motor 2. In the figure, SB1 and SB2 are the start and stop control buttons for location A; SB3 and SB4 are the start and stop control buttons for location B. The two sets of buttons jointly control the motor M.
The characteristics of the multi-ground control circuit are: stop buttons are connected in series and start buttons are connected in parallel.
2. Circuit working principle
Start: Press the start button SB2 or SB4 (arbitrary) in A and B → the KM coil is electrically attracted → its normally open auxiliary contact closes and self-locks → its main contact closes and connects the main circuit of the motor → motor M runs.
Stop: Press the stop button SB1 or SB3 in place A and B → the KM coil loses power and releases → its normally open auxiliary self-locking contact disconnects the self-locking circuit → its main contact releases and disconnects the main circuit of the motor → motor M stops operation.
