Two-dimensional lantern controller circuit diagram

As shown in the figure, it is mainly composed of NOT gate IC 1 (CD4096), counting/timing distribution circuit IC2 ( CD4017 ), analog electronic switch IC3 (CD4066) and D trigger IC 4 ( CD4017 4). The lantern controller can control five lanterns to light up row by row and turn them off row by row. If a certain number of colored lights are connected in combination, a scene of color changes on a plane can be created, which is richer and more colorful than usually controlling the color flow on a line.
