LR3714M infrared remote control transmitter circuit

LR3714M is an infrared remote control transmitter integrated circuit, suitable for video recorders, etc. The internal circuit is composed of keyboard input encoding circuit, oscillator, frequency divider, scan signal switching circuit, modulator, data number control circuit, data inversion circuit, parallel/serial conversion circuit and key pulse output circuit.

Technical features: CMOS integrated circuit ; has the function of preventing multiple button presses, which can prevent malfunctions caused by it; 36-pin four-column flat plastic package;
