Circuit working principle: lC is a special leakage protection switch integrated circuit of RS101A type. The LED is a BTS11405 stroboscopic light-emitting diode, which emits a flash as long as the power is turned on. The mains power passes through the capacitor step-down rectifier and voltage stabilizing circuit composed of C1, ZD1, and VD, and then the DC voltage obtained after filtering by C5 is used by this circuit.
