Adjust the Vref of the 7th pin of IC1 to make the 5 LEDs L1~L5 in IC1 all bright; adjust the Vref of the 7th pin of IC2 to make the L1~L5 of IC2 All 5 LEDs of L5 are on. The lighting voltage is twice that of IC1. The lighting sequence is from L1 to L5 of IC1 to L1 to L5 of IC2.
