8W audio power amplifier circuit

　　LM 2002/2002A is an audio power amplifier integrated circuit. LM2002A has high voltage protection. Its maximum instantaneous power supply voltage can reach 40V and is packaged in a 5-pin single in-line plastic package. These two integrated circuits have the characteristics of high output power, low distortion, low noise , small number of external components, high input impedance, and low startup impact noise . LM2002 has current limiting and thermal cut-off protection circuits; LM 2002A has high-voltage protection. They are suitable for use as audio power amplifiers in car audio systems and ordinary portable and desktop radios . Its BTU circuit is shown in the figure.
