The touch dimmer shown in the figure uses a "parametric solid-state relay" (PSSR) as the main control element instead of the commonly used bidirectional thyristor. The dimming process adopts touch mode, which is easy to adjust. The circuit composition is shown in the figure. This circuit consists of a touch control signal input circuit, a step control pulse generator, a pulse signal up/down counter, a pulse signal decoding distributor, a ten-level control switch and a parametric solid-state relay.
