PLC selection and hardware configuration In
the design of the PLC control system, a Fl-40MR host is selected as
the basic unit, and an F2-6 AE analog unit is used for
analog input and output. The hardware configuration is shown in Figure
26 As shown in -31, according to the actual requirements of the reporting system,
the remaining input/output points of the basic unit can be used for other purposes. For example,
they can be used to connect digital dial switches for data
setting ; they can be connected to digital tubes to display data, etc. .
(3) The dual-parameter follow-up control ladder diagram is designed using
Fl series PLC. Part of the ladder diagram is
as follows:
1) The chip setting CH410 channel and the chip feedback
CH411 channel are subjected to A/D conversion to perform a difference operation, and
obtain The absolute value is then proportional to the coefficient P-2 and
is output by the CH400 channel.
2)'When the follow-up condition is turned on, the feedback amount of the shavings is used
as the given amount of the tape, otherwise, the cavity is supplied separately.
3) In both cases, the given quantity and the feedback quantity are subjected to
difference operation and sent to the D707 data register, and then integral operation is performed. This program uses counter C660 to implement the integral operation.
4) When the input value changes and the value of D707 changes, if the realized value of counter C66'0 is less than the value of D707, counter C660 counts
up (set by M471 plus or minus counting mode); otherwise, counter C660 counts down Count usage. If the realized value of C660 is equal to
the value of D707, the counter C660 stops counting. This process is the integration process. . ; .
5) When the system starts, the output value slowly increases to the input value. When the output value fluctuates, the integrator suppresses
the fluctuation of the input value. -.
(4) Conclusion Follow-up control is a typical closed-loop control with feedback. The application of PLC in this type of control environment must first solve
two problems; - Use analog input units to complete real-time processing of feedback signals. Data collection, the second is to implement a certain
control algorithm according to the characteristics of the controlled system. Modern PLC has strong functions in terms of analog signal 1/0 and data operation, both in terms of hardware and instruction system,
and is also very convenient to use. Therefore, PLC can not only complete the control of a large number of switching signals, but also complete the control of the servo system
, and can realize the control requirements of more practical and complex systems.
