There are many power supply methods, but other power supply methods have certain shortcomings. Only the TN-S method is better. Therefore, this section only introduces the TN-S power supply
method.
The TN-S power supply mode is mainly used when the three loads are basically balanced, as shown in the figure. It strictly separates the working neutral line and the dedicated protection line PE
, or provides independent power supply. The characteristics of TN-S power supply are as follows:
1) The working neutral line is used as a lighting circuit .
'2) Under normal operating conditions, there is no current and voltage on the special protection line PE, and there is unbalanced current only on the neutral line. Therefore, it is safe for the electrical equipment shell
to be connected to the zero protection line and to the special protection line. 7
3) The special protection line is not allowed to be disconnected, and it is not allowed to enter the leakage switch .
4) When installing a leakage switch on the trunk line , there must be no repeated grounding on the working neutral line, while there can be repeated grounding on the PE line, but it does not pass through
the leakage protector.
5) The TN-S power supply method is suitable for industrial and building electricity use. It is safe and reliable and is our preferred way of using electricity.
