SM72295 photovoltaic full-bridge driver is mainly used in micro-inverters, power optimizers, chargers and screen security systems.
SM72295 is a driver that can drive four discrete N-channel MOSFETs in a full-bridge connection. It can provide a peak current of 3A, and integrates a high-speed bootstrap diode with a voltage up to 115VDC. The current detection is completed by two transconductance amplifiers that are programmable and can be removed. The ripple current provides average current information to the control circuit. Mainly used in micro-inverters, power optimizers, chargers and screen security systems.
