Circuit structure and equivalent circuit of downconverterb

Microwave mixers for downconverters mostly use microstrip diode balanced mixing circuits with simple structures and low harmonic components. The circuit structure and equivalent circuit of the downconverter are shown in the figure. In the figure, a 1/2 wavelength power splitter is used for unbalanced to balanced conversion of the signal. Interdigital coupling is used between the power divider and the low-noise amplifier, which is equivalent to a signal filter and DC blocking capacitor.
